  • Degreed in Accounting, plus a CPA, MBA or significant relevant experience.
  • Strong financial management skills, typically developed over 20+ years experience in both controllership and treasury roles.
  • Experienced enough to know what to do, but still willing to roll up the sleeves to get the job done.
  • Respected for confidentiality, maturity and integrity.
  • Good listener with a strategic perspective.
  • Comfortable with embracing today's technology.
